Our client is currently seeking a full time Floor Technician, to assist with the cleanliness and maintenance of our Continuing Care Retirement Community. Excellent daytime schedule with most weekends off. 

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all floors and carpets in all areas of our facility
• Remove trash from facility
• Clean and disinfect elevators on a regular basis
• Assist in cleaning and disinfecting of dining room furniture 
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors
• Spot clean walls and windows
• Dust furniture and empty trash cans
• Clean baseboards
• Perform any additional floor maintenance tasks as necessary

Qualifications

• Covid-19 Vaccination Required
• At least one year of housekeeping experience, required
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
• Must be able to speak and understand English in order to communicate with supervisors and residents

Schedule:

• Day Shift (Monday- Friday and every other weekend)
